EOI Positive Behaviour Guidance and Coaching Program

This program is open to Lady Gowrie Direct and Affiliate services and is designed to equip participants with the tools, strategies, and knowledge needed to create positive, inclusive, and nurturing environments for children aged 0–5 years in both kindergarten and long day care settings. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Positive Behaviour Support and Social-Emotional Learning, while also incorporating neuro-informed and trauma-informed principles. By integrating key developmental frameworks, our model empowers educators to understand and respond to children’s behaviours with empathy, clarity, and compassion, fostering an environment where every child’s unique needs are met effectively.
