Join Sally for this workshop designed specifically for early childhood educators, this session explores what transition stress looks like for neurodivergent children, and why the early weeks of prep can be particularly hard; provide practical strategies that reduce overwhelm and build genuine confidence; explore how to have honest, supportive conversations with families - including those who are worried, lost, overhwelmed or not yet connected to a diagnosis and how early childhood educators can communicate effectively with receiving schools to set children up for success.
